Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah , Israeli war against Lebanon .
Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah has described the possibility of another Israeli war against Lebanon as faint, saying the country is well-prepared to defeat Israel.
Addressing a gathering marking the Martyr's Day on Friday, Nasrallah said his assertion was not because Israel had improved for the better or due to nor pressure from the international community on Tel Aviv but because Lebanon has become a strong country capable of transforming threats into opportunities.
He said that the Lebanese people, Army and Resistance fighters are fully prepared to defend the country and defeat the enemy. He also described rumors and speculation about an Israeli attack on Lebanon as a means to intimidate the Lebanese people.
Nasrallah said that the current sense of security and safety felt in Lebanon, even in the southern part of the country despite having a hostile neighbor like Israel is the result of the sacrifices made by Resistance fighters.
He stressed that Hezbollah fighters are always vigilant and ready to counter Israeli threats.
Hezbollah marks 11/11 every year to commemorate the Martyr's Day.
